We collect the personal data (First name, Last name, Email, Phone) that you voluntarily provide through the contact form, solely to reply to your quote or information requests. In addition, subject to your explicit consent via the Cookie Banner, we collect anonymised browsing data through Google Analytics (for visit statistics) and Meta Pixel (to optimise advertising campaigns).
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address will be used — subject to your explicit and specific consent given at the time of subscription — to send you commercial communications, informative content and marketing material relating to the services offered by the Controller. The data is stored and managed through secure cloud providers. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, via the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to info@teamxen.it: cancellation is free and immediate.
Data collected through the contact form and the newsletter subscription form is stored and processed using secure third-party cloud services, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR: in particular Supabase (database hosting and data storage) and n8n / Make (workflow automation and request forwarding). These providers process the data exclusively according to the Controller's instructions and adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Some data may be transferred outside the European Union, for example to servers located in the United States used by Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Supabase. Such transfers take place in strict compliance with applicable law, on the basis of the providers' adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or through the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, together with supplementary security measures.
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures. Contact form data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to handle your request; newsletter data until consent is withdrawn.
At any time you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or to withdraw your consent (by emailing the Controller or using the button in the footer). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Privacy).
